Hydraulic Analysis Limited (HAL) is a New Zealand based niche 3-waters consultancy, made up of a team of specialists who collectively have 100+ years’ experience in 3-waters infrastructure modelling and strategic planning.
We offer technical excellence across a full range of hydraulic modelling applications, and a data analytics service to extract value from existing and future data sources such as SCADA data, GIS, rainfall and flow gauging data.
